Subscribers with Yahoo.com and Hotmail.com Emails
1. Please check your spam/bulk folder. 2. Also put our email address in your contacts. If these two steps do not resolve the problem then Yahoo and Hotmail are blocking our emails from every reaching your mailbox thinking we are spam. If you are not receiving the password, please call our office. If the problem continues we recommend that you use an alternate email such as the free gmail from Google, otherwise the problem will continue to occur. To change your email address: after you login, look at the upper left corner of the page and click on 'my account'. You can change your email address there.
